+ old fashioned rolled oats + cinnamon + baking powder + fine salt + egg + ripe bananas + milk of choice + pure vanilla + chopped walnuts + semi-sweet chocolate chips

INGREDIENTS

In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Stir until well combined. Transfer to a 9x9 baking dish.

STEP 1:

Top with a few extra walnuts and chocolate chips. Bake for 35-40 minutes.

STEP 2:

Remove from the oven and let cool for 10-15 minutes before serving. 

STEP 3:

Serve topped with organic natural peanut butter, banana slices, chopped walnuts, cinnamon or yogurt.

STEP 4:

Keep leftovers in a covered container in the fridge or store in the freezer for up to 3 months.
