- gluten-free flour baking blend - baking powder - baking soda - fine salt - melted butter - coconut sugar (or brown sugar) - large eggs - pure vanilla extract - ripe bananas - chocolate chips

INGREDIENTS

In a large bowl , combine the four, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

STEP 1:

In another bowl, cream together the butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla until creamy.

STEP 2:

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients bowl. Stir in the mashed bananas. Fold in the chocolate chips.

STEP 3:

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Add additional chocolate chips to top of loaf, if desired.

STEP 4:

Bake for 45-55 minutes or until a knife inserted into center comes out clean. Remove from the oven and let cool before slicing.

STEP 5:
