EASY CHICKEN PARMESAN CHICKEN

Gluten-Free | Healthy | Simple

- olive oil - flour (gluten-free if needed) - garlic powder - salt & pepper - boneless chicken breasts - tomato basil marinara sauce - shredded mozzarella cheese  - shredded Parmesan cheese

INGREDIENTS

Combine flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder in shallow bowl. Evenly coat chicken breasts. Add chicken to skillet with oil, cook 4 minutes on each side.

STEP 1:

Pour sauce around chicken then lift each piece to allow some sauce to get underneath chicken.

STEP 2:

Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and Parmesan over chicken. Lower the heat to medium and cover skillet with lid.

STEP 3:

Cook, covered for 5 minutes or until sauce is hot and chicken is cooked through.

STEP 4:

Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh basil if using. Serve of spaghetti squash or pasta.
