For the Coffee Cake: - gluten-free flour blend - baking powder - baking soda - fine salt - eggs - sour cream or plain yogurt - maple syrup - lemon juice & zest - vanilla extract - fresh raspberries - slices almonds

INGREDIENTS

In a mixing bowl, combine the four, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add eggs, sour cream, maple syrup, lemon juice, lemon zest and vanilla.

STEP 1:

Whisk together then fold in the fresh raspberries. Transfer batter to 9-inch round baking dish. Top with sliced almonds.

STEP 2:

Bake for 25-35 minutes or until center is baked through. Remove from oven, let cool.

STEP 3:

While coffee cake is cooling, make the sauce. Whisk together all Lemon Sour Cream Sauce ingredients.

STEP 4:

Cut coffee cake into 8 equal slices, top with lemon sauce and fresh raspberries and a small lemon slice before serving, if desired.

STEP 5:
