ground turkey olive oil garlic onion red bell pepper zucchini carrots chili powder cumin tomato sauce petite diced tomatoes black beans corn salt & pepper
In a large pot, heat the oil. Then add the ground turkey, garlic, onions, bell peppers, zucchini, and carrots. Sauté for 7-9 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.
Add the seasonings, tomato sauce, crushed tomatoes, beans, corn and water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes or until carrots are tender.
Serve with your favorite chili toppings!
