+ beef flank steak + balsamic vinegar + avocado oil + Italian seasoning + garlic powder + onion powder + fine salt + black pepper
For the Herb Sauce + parsley leaves + lemon juice + garlic clove + extra-virgin olive oil + fine salt + black pepper + red pepper flakes
Combine balsamic vinegar, oil, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Mix well. Marinade steak in sauce for 3-4 hours.
Add all herb sauce ingredients to food processor and blend.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Remove steak from marinade and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place steak directly on grill grate.
Grill 5-6 minutes then flip steak and grill additional 5-6 minutes.
Remove steak from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing diagonally across the grain on a cutting board. Serve with herb sauce.
