INSTANT POT CORN ON THE COB

READY IN 20 MINUTES!

+ 4 ears of corn, husk and silk removed + 1 cup water + Instant Pot OPTIONAL: + butter + salt & pepper

INGREDIENTS

Place corn on a cutting board and cut off bottom stem and top portion with a knife. Next, break or cut each cob in half to make 8 pieces.

STEP 1:

Place trivet in bottom of Instant Pot and add 1 cup water.

STEP 2:

Stand the cob halves upright on the trivet. Securely place lid on Instant Pot and cook for 5 minutes on high pressure.

STEP 3:

Once cooking time is done, flip valve for quick-release, and remove lid. 

STEP 4:

Remove each eat of corn using tongs and place on a serving platter. 

STEP 5:
