+ old fashioned rolled oats + chia seeds + baking powder + fine salt + cinnamon + nutmeg + maple syrup + banana + eggs + milk of choice + butter or coconut oil + vanilla + almonds + frozen blueberries

INGREDIENTS

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. In a bowl combine all ingredients except blueberries and almonds. Mix well.

STEP 1:

Add the frozen blueberries and sliced almonds, fold into the batter.

STEP 2:

Transfer into a baking dish and if desired, top with a few additional blueberries or sliced almonds.

STEP 3:

Bake for 30-35 minutes or until center is set. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.

STEP 4:

Cut the baked oatmeal into 9 equal squares. Serve with a topping of whipped cream and fresh blueberries if desired.

STEP 5:
