Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. In a bowl combine all ingredients except blueberries and almonds. Mix well.
Add the frozen blueberries and sliced almonds, fold into the batter.
Transfer into a baking dish and if desired, top with a few additional blueberries or sliced almonds.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until center is set. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
Cut the baked oatmeal into 9 equal squares. Serve with a topping of whipped cream and fresh blueberries if desired.
