Preheat the oven to 400. Mix together the olive oil, balsamic, garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss with Brussels sprouts. Arrange on baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes.
Remove from the oven, toss, and add the pecans, bacon, cranberries, and feta.
