+ old-fashioned rolled oats + chopped pecans + pumpkin seeds (pepitas) + canned pumpkin puree + pure maple syrup + avocado oil + ground cinnamon + pumpkin pie spice + vanilla extract + fine salt + dried cranberries
Add the oats, pecans, pumpkin seeds, pumpkin puree, oil, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla, and salt to a large bowl.
Pour in the maple syrup.
Evenly spread granola onto 2 lined baking sheets. Bake at 300* for 15 minutes. Rotate the pans, bake an additional 15 minutes. Turn the oven off with the door cracked open, allow granola to cool completely in the oven without stirring (about 45 minutes).
Once granola has cooled completely, add the dried cranberries.
A delicious pumpkin spice granola is the perfect way to start the day! Serve on top of yogurt, applesauce, or sprinkled on top of a baked pear as pictured.
