+ avocado oil + ground beef + yellow onion + green bell pepper + garlic + sweet potato + Yukon gold potatoes + carrots + celery + fire-roasted tomatoes + tomato paste + beef broth + Itatlian seasoning + salt & pepper + green beans + kale

INGREDIENTS

In a skillet, add ground beef, green pepper, and garlic. Sauté until beef is cooked through. 

STEP 1:

Add all ingredients to a slow cooker except beans and kale.  Cook on low for 8-9 hours or high for 5-6 hours.

STEP 2:

With 2 hours of cook time left, add green beans and kale. Season with salt & pepper to taste.

STEP 3:

Serve and enjoy!
