– Flank steak – Baby potatoes – Asparagus – Garlic cloves – Shredded parmesan cheese – Olive oil – Salt – Black pepper – Fresh parsley

LET'S COOK!

Preheat the oven to 375℉. Place potatoes on a baking sheet, toss with olive oil,  garlic, and  salt. Bake potatoes for 15-20 minutes or until tender.

While potatoes are baking, combine the remaining minced garlic, ¼ cup parmesan cheese, 1 tsp. oil and ½ tsp salt and black pepper in a small bowl. Rub over both sides of steak.

Turn oven to broil. Move potatoes to one side. Place asparagus on other side. Toss with oil. Place steak on pan. Return to oven for 8-10 minutes, flipping steak halfway through.
